Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Plate and Vine was pleasant overall. The rooms, while a bit outdated with firm beds, were clean and met my expectations for this type of hotel. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Kelly during these challenging times, was superb. The hotel's convenient location near a bustling shopping center with various dining options made my stay enjoyable. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a decent breakfast selection yet room for improvement. The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory, offering what was needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms looked nice and sleek, were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is close to great food and shopping, making it suitable for all occasions, but lacked vanity space. The view was the best feature, even though I didn't need it. The hotel would accommodate wheelchair users with ease.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms were cozy but had a slight campfire smell due to the wood burning stove below. Booking through a third party was inconvenient. Service was exceptional with standout staff members like Nestor and Derrick. However, check-in and snack assistance were a bit slow at times. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants and stores, but the AC issues were a downside. Dining options were average with a limited buffet. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
